The current MLS landscape left many agents wondering what board they need to be a part of to keep their access to listings. We compiled information from many boards to help you understand what the landscape looks like now, and how to navigate it.
OCT 2024 UPDATE:
Starting October 29th, active ITSO listings will get automatically updated to PropTx.
As of December 3rd, all new listings for OMDREB members will need to be uploaded and managed via PropTx. Meaning you will no longer be uploading listings to ITSO. If you wish to retain ITSO access, it's highly recommended to join Cornerstone or BDAR. For more information see below.
NOV 2024 UPDATE:
Most boards in GTA have, or will be, moving to PropTx in early 2025. As of November 2024, ITSO have 3 board members left: Barrie, Brantford, and Cornerstone. Below is the coverage map provided by TRREB.

You currently have OMDREB & TRREB memberships
OMDREB & TRREB will be using the same platform, so choose one board and cancel the other.
You may need to transfer your home board during this process
If you want to keep access to ITSO listings, join Cornerstone or BDAR.
You only have OMDREB membership
You have RAHB/MREB membership (now Cornerstone)
*NOTE: Interboarding is available between platforms for your listings.
