Overview

No charge design services are offered to support agents who complete printing through the brokerage.  These services are intended to efficiently produce final print ready artwork while maintaining fairness, quality, and reasonable turnaround times for all agents.
 

Design Scope and Revisions

No charge design services apply to approved template based designs and predefined marketing packages when printing is completed through the brokerage.

 

Each project includes up to three rounds of reasonable revisions.  Revisions are defined as edits made to move artwork toward final approval, such as text changes, image swaps, or layout refinements.

 

Requests for multiple concepts, frequent design direction changes, or revisions that are exploratory in nature may be considered outside the scope of no charge design and may result in design fees.

 

Reasonable Timeframe and Project Progression

Agents are expected to work toward finalizing artwork within a reasonable timeframe.  Projects that experience repeated revisions without clear progression, extended approval delays, or ongoing changes without direction may be paused or subject to design fees.

 

The marketing department reserves the right to determine when a project is no longer progressing toward final approval.

 

Custom Design Definition

Custom design refers to any work that falls outside of approved templates and predefined marketing packages.  This includes but is not limited to new layouts, unique sizing, concept development, brand customization, multiple design options, or creative exploration requested prior to finalizing artwork.  Custom design services are not included as part of no charge design tied to printing and will be billed at the standard design rate unless otherwise indicated.

Printing Commitment and Minimum Quantities

No charge design services apply only when printing is completed through the brokerage.

 

Minimum print quantities may apply and will be determined based on the type of material being produced.  These minimums are intended to ensure that design time is reasonably supported by print volume.

 

If a project does not proceed to printing or is cancelled after design work has begun, design charges may apply.

Additional Print Runs

If additional prints are requested after the initial print run, no minimum print quantity will apply unless otherwise specified.

 

Rush Requests

Rush or Priority turnaround requests are not included as part of no charge design services.  Rush requests may be subject to additional fees and are dependent on availability.

 

Proofing and Accuracy

Agents are responsible for reviewing and approving all artwork prior to printing.  Once approval is given, the brokerage and marketing department are not responsible for errors in the final print materials.  

 

Discretion and Fair Use

The marketing department reserves the right to determine what constitutes reasonable design time, revisions, scope, and print quantity.  Decisions will be made in the interest of fairness, efficiency, and maintaining service quality across the brokerage.

 

Professional Communication

Clear and timely communication is required to maintain project timelines.  Delays caused by incomplete information, late responses, or unclear direction may affect turnaround times or result in additional charges.
