Ontario REALTOR® Wellness Program (ORWP)

The ORWP was passed by the OREA Assembly and will take effect January 1, 2024, for all REALTORS® in Ontario.

The premium for the Standard Plan will be $659.88 annually per Member and will form part of the OREA dues, bringing the total annual OREA dues to $769.88.

What does this mean for Ontario REALTORS®?

Ontario REALTORS® will now benefit from coverage for healthcare, prescription drugs, paramedical practitioners (massage, physiotherapy, chiropractic care, etc.), medical services and supplies (casts, hearing aids, orthotics, etc.), along with Out-Of-Country Emergency Medical Travel Insurance, Critical Illness Insurance, Life Insurance, Accidental Death and Dismemberment, and a Member Virtual Care and Mental Health Program.
