We kicked off the holiday season with a wonderful luncheon celebrating the incredible agents who make our team so strong. The event was a fantastic success! A full house, great food, and even better company.

Thank you to everyone who attended and helped make the event memorable. As we head into the new year, we’re grateful for each of our agents and excited for everything we’ll accomplish together in the months ahead.

Welcome Jamie Blades - VP Technology and Partner Success

We're excited to announce that Jamie Blades is joining Sutton Group as Vice President, Technology and Partner Success. Jamie, co-founder and CEO of Homicity, will lead our innovation efforts and support our partners across the country in using the current Sutton tools and the launch of new tools coming in 2026. As part of this expansion of tooling and team, Sutton has agreed to acquire Homicity, marking a big step forward in delivering you the best tools in the industry.

Jamie is based in Ottawa, expanding our national presence and on the ground team in Ontario. Jamie is an avid cyclist and member of the Canadian cycling community, and a long-time member of the real estate and technology community in Canada. Welcome Jeremy Gulliver - VP, EAST

Sutton is thrilled to welcome Jeremy Gulliver as Vice President, East to lead growth and regional support across Ontario, Manitoba, and Atlantic Canada.

Previously serving as Director of Regional Development at RE/MAX, Jeremy brings a strong track record of success in operations, network development and brokerage growth.

This announcement follows last week's introduction of Jamie Blades, our new VP, Technology and Partner Success, based in Ottawa.

He will also support the adoption and integration of new tools, technology, and AI-enabled solutions across the network.

His leadership aligns with Sutton's vision of Canadian ownership, innovation, and strengthening the role of the real estate professional and the homeowners they serve.
