Shaun and his team provide critical insights and guidance to the development industry through detailed market reporting and feasibility analysis for new condominium and purpose-built rental projects. Shaun has a background as an economist and 20 years of experience in residential market analysis. Prior to joining Urbanation in 2013, Shaun managed a team of housing market analysts at Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC). Shaun is a highly sought after commentator and presenter on the housing market and acts a prominent industry spokesperson.
