Shaun Hildebrand is President of Urbanation, a real estate research and consulting firm focused on the high-rise residential sector in Ontario. Shaun and his team provide critical insights and guidance to the development industry through detailed market reporting and feasibility analysis for new condominium and purpose-built rental projects. Shaun has a background as an economist and 20 years of experience in residential market analysis. Prior to joining Urbanation in 2013, Shaun managed a team of housing market analysts at Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC). Shaun is a highly sought after commentator and presenter on the housing market and acts a prominent industry spokesperson. Shaun’s presentation will include an overview of the latest housing market trends across the GTA with an exploration of the key drivers impacting demand, supply and prices in 2026 and beyond, as well as an in-depth analysis of the state of the condominium and rental markets.
